Forum on the theme “Youth Mentorship”

A Suba sub-County Youth Forum on the theme “Youth Mentorship” organized by Kenyan NGOs AICCAD and CEA and with the patronage of the Government of Kenya took place this week at the IKSDP Centre in Nyandiwa. IKSDP made its facilities available and provided all necessary services.

Reopening of the IKSDP College in Nyandiwa

This week IKSDP-Teachers Training College in Nyandiwa reopened after seven months of closure due to the pandemic. Final exams will be held between the end of November and the beginning of December for the second year students. Good luck!

The new front fence of the Centre

The refurbishment of the front fence of the Nyandiwa Scout Centre was completed. The works were carried out by the IKSDP staff. The costs for the purchase of the materials were borne by the adult German scouts Verband Deutscher Altpfadfindergilden e.V. THANK YOU!

The new work of art created at the Nyandiwa Scout Centre

The enhancement of local talents is one of the objectives of IKSDP. The Nyandiwa Scout Centre has been enriched with another beautiful work of art. A “mbuta” (Nile perch) fish that abounds in Lake Victoria, made with recycled metal by Jacob and Tobias.
